Tribute to Life

Tribute to Life is a workshop offered annually by St. Joseph Parish to help our parishioners pre-plan for their Catholic end of life. This afternoon workshop features a discussion on end of life issues (for example; hospice & palliative care, cremation, organ donation and more) and offers you resources to plan your Catholic funeral liturgy, as well as a discussion on the financial side to end of life (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).

Resources are provided in print during the workshop for most of these items. If you would like to download any of these forms you are welcome to at any time.
