To obtain information or a copy of a Certificate for a sacrament received at St. Joseph, please contact the parish office.  Please provide the following information when calling.

1. The sacrament that was received
2. The date of the reception of the sacrament
3. The names of the parties involved

To obtain a letter from the Pastor in order to be a Godparent or Confirmation Sponsor at another parish, please contact the parish office.
